During our decennial experience, and at least once every year we audit all of our partner producers: during this visit on site we check all the certifications as for example CE , EUTR, Document of Performance FSC. PEFC… , production chain , packaging and work environment, very important for us for a fair trade . In this way we can be sure that every production satisfies the highest requirement.
Once goods will be ready we send our QC team on site in order to check that customer specifications will match with the order confirmitation and we will promptly send a report to customer.
We will will assist our customer on opening sea freight booking , we will check all the relevant documentation as for example Bill of Lading , Certificate of origin , Form A … and we will follow the cargo until destination port.
